We use data to operate and improve Bhakti Chat, protect platform security, provide support, process transactions, and send important service updates.
3. AI processing and third-party sharing
Bhakti Chat uses artificial intelligence to generate its responses. To create chat replies and Divine Image results, the text of the messages you send and any photo you choose to add are transmitted to our AI provider, OpenAI, L.L.C. (https://openai.com), which processes them solely to generate and return a response. If you use Voice Mode to speak with a guide, the audio of your voice is likewise transmitted to OpenAI solely to generate a spoken response. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API — text, photos, or voice audio — to train its models. Beyond this, we do not sell personal data. Limited information may also be shared with trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, and analytics, or when legally required. All such providers are contractually required to protect your data with safeguards equivalent to those described in this policy.
4. Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security operations.
